Appointment Guidelines

Every signer must physically appear and present valid acceptable identifation at the time of notarization.
Vital records ( birth, death and marriage) cannot be notarized.
Translation is not allowed during notarization. The Notary must be able to communicate directly with the signer in English.
A minimum $25 accommadation fee will be charged for failure to notarize due to signer not presenting acceptable forms of ID
For general notary work, charge is $15 per notarized signature + travel fee
